Well, first you need to just be yourself. Being shy is shy is OK, it doesn't mean you will never get a GF or anything like that. When you see a girl you like just compose yourself and walk right up to her and ask her out. The worst that could happened will be her saying "No". Remember theirs lots of girls out there and one of them is perfect for you, just be you.
