I don't think anyone can answer that question accurately except you, since dream symbolism varies from person to person. However, when I dream in black and white, it's always about an issue from my past. When my dreams are in color, they have to do with things that are going on in the present. That might not be the case for you, but since you dreamed of your great grandmother, I have to wonder if that's why the dream was in black and white.
Hormonal changes can do some pretty strange things to a pregnant woman, and I'd think that even your dreams would be affected. Right before that time of the month, a lot of women (including me) have very strange and vivid dreams due to hormone levels.

Dreaming of dead close relative could mean that individual has something to remind you. There is no substance whether the dream is black & white or color.
As for pregnancy, there is no obvious link between your grandma and you unless in your childhood, your grandma has said something to you about baby. That may be a link. Otherwise, I say it is merely a dream. In you case, you will have to elaborate the detail the dream of grandma, otherwise, the dream is meaningless. It is hard to interpret without further detail background of your childhood, and your grandma

it means that you are "seeing" on a seperate plane, or one of the endless arrays of planes, some are in color and some are in black and white. this is seperate from dreaming of your grandmother, which could have also been in color... you actually had a visitation from your great grandmother. pregnancy dreams can be hormonal, however, you now have dreams and knowings that are associated, with both yourself, and with the child (who has lived many lifetimes before) growing inside of you. this child could be a very old soul (which I feel is the case here) or a newer soul... this child could be "dreaming" so to speak also..and you, would be aware of this, picking up his or her dreams, through your dreams... also, (if someone that you know, knew your great grandmother) notice, as your child grows up and into maturity, how many of the same traits that your great grandmother may have had..(also look at baby pic of great grandma if you have any and the similarity to your child), she may have chosen to come through to this lifetime (live again) as your child..... or she could just be there (in your dreams) telling you that everything will be alright..(your great grandmother may also be one of your guides)... it takes days to analyze someones dream intuitively and accurately................good luck

Its common. I had tons of weird dreams when i was pregnant. If you read up on it you will see its nothing to worry about and has to do with hormonal changes and subconscious behavior

It could be your grandmother sending you a message, the black and white is usually interpreted as good and evil,or happiness and saddness, perhaps there is something you are fighting over in some area of your life.

Your brain needs a upgrade to higher bandwidth! You need a brand new heavy duty buss installed to carry the greater load of color graphics!
