The fiddle/violin.
It sounds so different being one or the other. It can make us think of laughter or rompus dance, or symphonic woodlands or tears. It's range of evocation is quite broad so it's got my vote.

Well I love the flute, the violin, the cello and the piano but I believe that each instrument has its own magic. It all depends on the person playing it and how much of himself he puts into his playing in order to arouse your emotions!

I vote the acoustic guitar because of all the genres best performed, such as flamenco, classical, Classic Spanish, blues, rock, Country, and more.
The simplest place is having an acoustic guitar around a nightly campfire with friends and time.

The human voice, because it can actually encompass language as well as tonal expression. It also has the variation from instrument to instrument.
