Is it still considered attempted manslaughter if the victim lives?
Yes, an orgasm can be an involuntary physical response. Orgasming has nothing to do with whether something is considered rape. If the act is not consensual, it is rape.

Stimply's answer is very true.
Orgasm can be completely involuntary. You can help your bodys reaction sometimes.
Any time there is sex, where one person says no, and doesnt give consent and the other person does it anyway, that would qualify as rape.
It doesnt matter if your body does what it is programmed to do. Is it your fault you pee on yourself if someone sticks your hand in warm water while you sleep?

No. When that happens, the charge is reduced to assault with a friendly weapon.
