It is a degree granting institution and you can get a degree from there on line or through distance education. Some employers may prefer to hire people who have attended a physical university rather than an on line university, but the University of Phoenix offers both. There are so many schools and universities available to people today that I don't think where you go to school matters as long as the school is recognized as a reputable institution.

it really doesnt matter where you go to university, its about what knowledge youve walked away with. there are many ways you can look at it. people may think you are more independent because you didnt have to go to a real university to get an education. you were able to motivate yourself. in the end, its all about you. if youre able to learn via internet university, then thats your style. at the same time, theres lots of people who go to "real" universities who are complete idiots. take bush for example. do u think it would matter if he went to yale or university of phoenix?

It is hard to say. I have a friend that was going to go to a school like that but it was under a different name and she was going to go into Dential Hygenist and she called the dentist in the area and asked them about being hired on after going to school there and they said no cause they teach it all to fast and you don't learn the correct things need.
But I have another friend that went there and she got a job as an accountant. So I is hard to say. Most of them have job placemnets after finishing but I would still look for one myself even if they say they do it.
It never hurts to go and futher your education where you can. I say go for it anyway.

It really depends on the employer.
Most employers will not specifically hire or recruit out of this school. However, if your resume crossed their desk, they may hire you.
Other employers will not hire U Phoenix graduates.
So it really depends on the employer.
My past employers have not hired U Phoenix graduates.

college of Phoenix is concerning to the main valueless $a hundred,000 a guy or woman could desire to spend. There graduates purposes are thrown out with out even being study previous the training line. My suggestion to you is to pass back to a genuine college, in Hawaii sounds extreme high quality.

I wouldn't.
Many people will look down at you for having an on-line degree.

A lonely woman, aged 70, decided that it was time to get married. She put an ad in the local paper that read:
HUSBAND WANTED!
MUST BE IN MY AGE GROUP (70's),
MUST NOT BEAT ME,
MUST NOT RUN AROUND ON ME,
AND MUST STILL BE GOOD IN BED!
ALL APPLICANTS PLEASE APPLY IN PERSON.
On the second day she heard the doorbell. Much to her dismay, she opened the door to see a gray-haired gentleman with no arms or legs sitting in a wheelchair. The old woman said, "You're not really asking me to consider you, are you? Just look at you.... you have no legs!" The old man smiled, "Therefore I cannot run around on you!"
She snorted. "You don't have any hands either!" Again the old man smiled, "Nor can I beat you!"
She raised an eyebrow and gazed intently. "Are you still good in bed?" With that, the old gentleman leaned back, beamed a big broad smile and said, "I rang the doorbell, didn't I?"
