Yes, I used to use sunbeds all the time and now I deeply regret ever doing it. If I can do one thing, I would want to encourage other people not to make the same mistake I did. My life has been turned upside down, because of using sunbeds. Please think twice before even considering it. Take care.

I read in a magazine once that this teen really wanted a tan and used a sun bed and ended up with skin cancer from it. Shes only 16 and will die in 3 months. I wouldn't use one if i was you because 20 Minutes on a sunbed is the same as being in the sun unprotected for 4 hours.

My best frind has used both the sun beds and the spray tans which are used by most Victorias Secret models. My friend has a medium color and i found that the sun beds give you less of a natural look, sometimes too orangey or too dark for one sitting. The spray tans look amazing, so glowey and very natural-looking! and with the spray tan, you don't have to worry about harmful UV rays, which you should avoid ESPECIALLY b/c you are fair skinned!

Sun beds are also known as "cancer clams", and that's in the business! If you are extremely fair I wouldn't recommend it, esp if you are the type that needs maximum sun block. You're just going to burn and damage your skin. Too much sun is aging for delicate skin. If you want to get wrinkly before your time, go ahead.

yes, for a while, and never again! you just come out bright red and hav 2 go many times 2 see any result, not worth the skin cancer at the end of the day either.

Don't do it, girl! Natural is the only way to go - anything else looks fake and trashy! And with fair skin its really not a good idea....

No and i don't intend to, you said you have fair skin i would advise you not to, unless you want your skin to look like leather by the time you are 20.
