Nice one Spencer - seeing the above makes you realise how much of a genius Tarantino is. The only really good movies are the ones that are actually done by him

oh as for Hostel - I watched it and was entertained by it but probably wouldnt run to watch it again

To Clarify:

HOSTEL IS NOT A QUENTIN TARANTINO MOVIE

He presented it. That's it. He helped with the negotiations because Eli Roth (the actual filmmaker) is still a newbie. Since he was technically "involved", they thought they'd throw his name up there to attract more people. IMO, the film was trash.

The only pure Tarantino movies are as follows:

Resevoir Dogs
Pulp Fiction
Jackie Brown
Kill Bill (Vol 1 & 2)

Partial Tarantino Films:

True Romance (Written By)
Natural Born Killers (Written By, then hacked to pieces by Oliver Stone)
Four Rooms (4th episode written, directed & starring QT)
From Dusk Till Dawn (Written & Starring QT)
Sin City (segment directed by QT)
GrindHouse (1 half of the film written & directed by QT)

The film is directed by Eli Roth who directed Cabin Fever. It is not a good film. He got the idea from something that happened in Thailand where vagrants were sold to rich people to do as they wished with them. Then he thought, I know, I'll set it in Europe and portray europeans as whores and psycopaths.
If you watch the special features you'll see what an obnoxious arrogant idiot Eli Roth is.
the film portrays european women to be whores. Eastern europeans to be the dodgiest people you could ever meet. Makes Bratislava look like the place you would least like to visit with murderers, street urchins, prostitues and apparently everyone likes being naked and sleeps around. I hated it. I finished watching the movie feeling angry, not scared. The gory scenes are just that, not scarey, just lots of blood. The website with the whistling makes you more nervous than the 90 minutes of bile.

The only thing I can stand that Quentin Tarantino does is a short few lines in a movie called Sleep with Me... I hate just about everything else he has done....He creeps me out!

Quentin Tarantino produced it, it was directed by Eli Roth. If you have a weak stomach, don't watch it. I liked it.

Firstly it aint his film, it's by some Eli something
Secondly, it's not serious at parts, like some B grade movie
Try The Hills have Eyes. Silent Hills is even grosser

Hostel was Harsh! If you like guts and gore - yeah it was decent. Typical Tarantino.

Please never ever ever EVER say Tarrantino made this movie. The only reason his name gets associated with it is because Eli Roth, the horrible filmmaker, needed a big name to get it released so he went to Tarrantino, who liked the story. Basically Tarrantino's name is used just so it could get made and released to a larger audience. Now all these little kids think Q made this miserable movie.

One character gets drilled in the chest and only screams for a few seconds, then he gets the tendons cut in his legs and barely flinches . another character gets her eye cut out and just moans for a while, the lead character get fingers chopped of and acts like nothing has happened , very believable "NOT"
Basically Total Crap

Inspite of the essential female nudity at the beggining it is absolute sh*t! Wouldnt watch it again if you paid me (not too sure why someone would pay me to watch a film but you get my gist!)
