get her out of het cfage and put her somewhere where you can see her and where she cannot get away. usually hamsters empty their pockets in their hidingplace but sometimes they deicide to start nibbling on it straight away. She might get it out for you to see, but you never know. Try to force her to empty the cheeks by pushing the stuff she has in the direction of her mouth. If that doesnt work, ask your vet asap!

how in the world did ur hamster get its mouth on the advil?
you should force it out. try chopsticks or some other tools. don't hurt it though. and take it to a vet!
