Lazy eight exercises are simple and they really work.

Have your child hold out her arm straight in front of her. Left arm first. Fist closed, thumb erect and in line with her nose. Then without moving her head but following the movement with her eyes, let her move her arm in the shape of an eight that is laying on its side.
She should do this 3 times then change to her right arm. Repeat 3 times. Lastly join both hands together and repeat 3 times. She can do it as many times a day as you can get her to!!!
Try it yourself first and you will understand what I am getting at.
Really great for improving anyone's eye sight. I didn't wear glasses until I was 55 (and that only for reading) and could have lasted longer if I hadn't got lazy over doing the exercises.

The Royal Nationla Institute for the Blind recommends that all written documents should be on non-white paper, the prefer a pastel yellow with size 12 Ariel font. It has been deemed the easiest type to read and all eye-hospitals use it as standard. You can get big print games such as scrabble, flash cards or big number games in the early learning centre.

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/3e16f

look for a vision therapy place near you. for 21 years, my parents and I tried literally everything to fix my lazy eye, but it didn't work. that's because there was nothing wrong with the eye, it was my visual system that needed to be retrained. with excercizes and therapy, my vision is improving hugely!

You can do eye exercises to strengthen the muscles. The Ruskies are keen on it.

I think I would opt to go with a specialist and see if he/she had any ideas for me.
