Oh boy, it can be any of those years, but with my partner and I...we're both going through menopause now...where I was the more sexual one, I've become less and she's become more. It's like we've switched hormones...(I'd really like mine back...) We're both in our mid-fourties and have been together since our late teens (when hormones are really active!!!) I'm certain things will get back on track in a little while. Hope this helps.

I'm going to say its best when you are young - as far as sex is concerned. My teens were my most sexual time, with my 20s following up. I have a wonderful relationship now, and have had for almost 15 years -- but the sexual energy does not, and cannot match what I felt when I was 15 or 25.

For women it is the 30's for sure. I know this b/c I am living it as we speak! For men it is the 40's. This is my husbands age and he is the most open and sexually flexible guy I have ever met as well as the oldest guy I have ever dated/married. Oh wait.... that could be b/c he is Bi not because he is 44 Hm?

To my understanding that men and women are different. I have heard that women hit their sexual prime in their 30's and men hit it in their 20's. I am a woman who is 27 and I can say that my urges have been more and it has been more satisfying to me now then it has in the past.

Hard to say...
What was once quantity tends to fade into quality.
In the beginning for many sex is like pizza, even when it's bad it's still pretty good. Now I tend to find myself more interested in taking "our" time, exploring, go for preheating and simmer before heading into full rolling boil. Half the fun is "getting there", not just skipping the trip and going for the "main attraction".

The older I get, the better it gets and the more I want it. Currently 50 years young.
