I vote Libertarian whether it is popular or not. I don't support either the Democrats or the Republicans, because I don't think either party represents current American interests.

I'm actually a registered Libertarian, but I only vote for them sporatically because of the tendency of the LP to run complete freakin' lunatics in many races.

I would vote LIbertarian if they would adjust their position on national defense and foreign policy away from isolationism. It would also be nice if they could find someone with a little more credibility to run for office when they do have a candidate.

I already vote Libertarian, but your question hit the nail on the head: elections are nothing but popularity contests.

I vote for who I prefer regardless of politics.
I looked into The Libertarian party. I pretty much like a lot of it. The fact that they have the utmost respect for The Constitution is their greatest strength, IMHO.

I think I would. I voted 3rd party once and I regretted it because the worst candidate won.

I would support them if it didn't mean handing an election (at any level) to a Democrat.

I would seriously consider it. Obviously it would depend on who the candidate was and their stand on the issues.
