The usual suspect is a leaky vacuum hose. This will cause a car to idle rough but run fine otherwise. Lift your hood and listen for a hissing or whistling noise. Run your fingers along hoses and rubber fittings to feel for a leak. If it is a vacuum leak, it is usually cheap to fix and you'll be good to go.

Try a valve job!! or like below a vac leak. the best way to check is top ge a can of either or wd-40 and mist it in different sections of the engine. if the moto revs a little when doing this the you have found your leak.
