Cocoa butter and Vitamin E (the oil kind). You have to get the good cocoa butter though, like palmers and you can get the vitamin E oil at any pharmacy I havent seen it at walmart type of stores.

The cheapest way is to use a cocoa butter moisturizer, it usually says in the small print is can get rid of stretch marks and small scars. It is also very good on sensitive skin. If you have a larger and deep scar this may need some minor plastic surgery.
