Cocoa butter and Vitamin E (the oil kind). You have to get the good cocoa butter though, like palmers and you can get the vitamin E oil at any pharmacy I havent seen it at walmart type of stores.

There are many very expensive products that say they can do this. The cheapest way is to use a cocoa butter moisturizer, it usually says in the small print is can get rid of stretch marks and small scars. It is also very good on sensitive skin. If you have a larger and deep scar this may need some minor plastic surgery.

Mederma is an over the counter product that works well to help reduce the signs of scarring. Also, if the scars are not old you can use Vitamin E capsules. Just prick it with a needle and squeeze the gel onto the scar, then rub in. If they are older or really bad, consider going to a dermatologist.

Actually you never get rid of scars but you can make them look less visible by using mosiuteres and skin oil to smooth them into the rest of your skin. There are some over the counter creams that are available that will also help reduce the look of the scars.
