If were the same why do Blacks get blood disease whites don't get?

it's all about your genetic heritage. if you have 1 gene for sickle cell you're a carrier. it also means you're not as likely to get malaria. if you have 2 you get sickle cell.

if you think about who is native to regions where you see a lot of malaria their skin is darker. evolution tried to give them an edge to survive, but it has a consequence when you get 2 much of the protection it hurts you.

biologically we are the same, but there are diseases that some are more suseptable to. Same goes for Native Americans and alcoholism - 1. it's an issue of poverty and 2. they have little alcohol dehydrogenase which helps break down alcohol. so they got screwed over that way.

Both black and whites get diseases that are prevalent in each race. Cystic Fibrosis is more prevalent among whites and Sickle Cell Anemia is more prevalent among blacks, for example.

Can you cite an example of a human being whose blood is white or black? In black & white, color is only a skin-depth matter. Please don't bother about it.

Evolutionary differences. If you're referring to sickle cell anemia, it is also common in people of Mediterranean descent

they are just more common to some races than others, and it's not just black and white.
