Do yu mean 2-STROKE ? 2 stroke gas is normally just gas/petrol with 2-stroke oil added. SOME engines have a tank for the 2-stroke oil (my Yamaha 350YPVS did),with others you pour the oil straight into the tank (my 250LC did that) - well, actually you were supposed to put oil & gas into a tank & PREMIX them, then put the mix into your gas tank - but I always mixed them in the bike anyway.
As you're asking how to MAKE it, I assume you don't have the separate tank - lawnmowers aren't always feature rich. So I'd suggest your best bet is to check the maunal - if you don't have one, check the manufacturers website - most manuals are downloadable in PDF format from manufacturer websites, these days.
NOTE: with 2-strokes, oil/petrol RATIO is IMPORTANT !
