You cannot do that with adobe reader, only adobe acrobat which is not free.
However you can get openoffice at openoffice.org. Download that, open the excel file from that application and hit the pdf button. It is as simple as that.

Been using the portable office pack for converting documents, word or excel or anything even powerpoint slide shows to pdf format.
Excellent program!
It is even available in a portable version!

Doing it with a single click is impossible from what I know.
However if you need free software, you can try PDFfactory from www.fineprint.com. The con bout this pdf creator is that it generates something like "Download PDFfactory from www.fineprint.com" on your pdf

Here's an online PDF convertor. I am not sure if it will work with multiple worksheets, but it does work with Excel. I have had much success with this one in the past.

www.softpedia.com has good shareware/free ware available for download pdf conventor is renowned product and also office 2007 beta offers such functionality (converting/printing in pdf format)
