A little editing in your question. It is "dumb", not "dump". Dumb is a derogatory word, it also means a foolish person. So, generally people who cannot speak are called mute in place of dumb. Nowadays, even 'deaf and mute' term is not used. In its place, you can use hearing and speech challanged children. It gives the nice impression that Life is not a burden on them, it is a livable challenge for them. And nice people like you are there to help them overcome this challenge.
In Gurgaon, the district red cross society has a school for mentally and physically challenged people. You can find out the address on the internet or with your local red cross society.
I would suggest you to go for higher education in this field, if you are going to seriously pursue it. For example, in Hyderabad, in NIMS, they provide B.Ed in Special education. If you do that, it will be a great boost to your career.
