i decided to make a uniqe skateboard so i wanna draw the design my self but dont know where to get started, can you guys post links to some design pix that i might be able to use in it?

Instead of looking at others' designs, make one yourself. Start with something you like; an animal, flowers, skulls, stars, or a nonrepresentational design then perfect it. Make several sketches first, then step back and look at them all. Replace things you don't like with things you like, mix it up and try new things. Experiment with colors and shapes. Listen to music that you like, or go out and find inspiration somewhere else. You'll come up with a really great design. In the end, you'll be happier you didn't look at others' designs. You'll have something that's just yours.

Then wouldn't that make it less unique? Hey just listen to some music, the type you enjoy and gets your feet tapping, and then use whatever you want to use to colour! Experiment!
Blue with gold? White on black? Silver rocks!
To make things easier, try drawing a character 1st then surround it with accessories and/or background. Something manga, or something stickman.
Just be yourself!
