um.. in futurama when fry stopped the cloning process of his dog seymour, believing that he forgot about him. -a flashback shows how did these two met and that when fry disappeared seymour spent the rest of his life sitting outside the pizzeria, waiting for his return.

The scene during which I cried most was in 'Duet for One' starring Julie Andrews. It's the story of a famous violinist who had multiple sclerosis. In that particular scene the violinist plays a tape of one of her concerts and plays her violin at the same time. Also when she tries to commit suicide when watching it. :(
