I am 8 weeks prego, and in the last 3 weeks i have been extremely nausious and tired. I have been unable to excercise or do much. Gaining 7 pounds so quick is way more than the 2-3 pounds suposed to be gained in the first trimester. Anything i can do about it? I don't want an unhealth child or pregnancy.

I gained 9 pounds in one month. I stayed within the limits for all other months. The doctor said sometimes that happens and not to worry as long as the other months are reasonable. I gave birth to a healthy baby. Just remember you only need about 500 additional calories than you did before you were pregnant.

It is good gain weight while pregnant if you should start to lose then you might want to be concern. Just maek sure you are eating the right foods because you dont be gaining weight from the wrong foods because once you have had the baby those pounds will be hard to lose. But every thing is alright with the baby. Do you like pools? You could sign up for a water aerobics class that is good for you and the baby. If you are having nausea keep saltine cracker on you and if you dont have saltine try sucking on peppermint because sometime you can just have a bad taste in your mouth that makes you nausious so try those if you need any more help email me at love_30034@yahoo.com. With my third child, I gained 11 lbs in the first trimester. My doctor's advise was that there was nothing to do about that weight during the pregnancy, but to remember to eat healthy and sensibly throughout the rest of my pregnancy. I ended up gaining 45 lbs, which is what I gained with my first son as well. With both of my girls I gained 26-28 lbs. Just remember, you're eating for two not for a peewee football team and you'll be fine.

don't feak out and usually the 1st trimester calls for about a 5 pound gain, at least according to the books i've read.

it's usually about 5, 5, 15.

just ask your dr about it and see what they say. i'm sure you're fine. some women gain alot and some don't. it doesn't mean it's a bad thing....

my sister-in-law gained about 40 pounds in about 6 months! that's a good bit even for a full term pregnancy. she had her little girl 3 months early and the doctors said that her weight gain helped her daughter survive. they said that if she hadn't gained so much wieght jordan probably wouldn't have made it.

so, get the idea of being a teeny tiny woman out of your mind and focus on being a good healthy mommy for your baby!!

any questions about your weight gain...just talk to your OB about it. they know you and your medical history better than we do!

take care.

"40 weeks from the first day of your very last era. " as stated through mind toddler is authentic. it really is how the due date is calculated. even if, each and every each and every now and then little ones come early and the quite time spent interior the womb will then determination. many times somewhat one born after 37 weeks can haven't any well being themes etc so it really is a "probability-free" time to provide. And once you're 14 days previous your due date the hospital induces you as there should be issues if the toddler is on your womb for too lengthy. the clarification it varies a lot is because the due date is taken out of your first day of your very last era no longer the prompt of theory. there is not any authentic way of understanding once you'll have conceived until eventually you've been making use of fertility treatments or taking ovulation exams. many times it really is 14 days after your era. So it would nicely be assumed that somewhat one born on the point of that's due date in worry-free words quite spent 38 weeks interior the womb.

Think about what you are doing from this day forth. Ask am I trying to blame my pregnancy or trying not to blame my self. Eating now has a new purpose. You are eating to sustain a life not to clear your plate. Eat only when you feel hunger not hankering. Stop eating when you are no longer hungry.. You can eat a lot of little meals doing this. Say to yourself "I am going to give my baby what it "needs" to have a healthy life". Keep doing it even after the baby is born.
