Actually, the Froot Loops bird isn't a parrot, it's a Toucan. In fact, his name is Toucan Sam. As for other products that use a parrot as a mascot, the only one I know of is Parrot Bay Coconut Rum.

Froot Loops uses a toucan.
Guinness had a toucan mascot for a while, I dont think they use it any more.
