Alot of fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamin C especially citrus fruits like orange, lemon..etc. also pepper, tomatto and so on.
There are Vitamin C supplement like effervescent tablets. You can take one tablet a day and dissolve it in 200ml water. It tastes like a juice. Also there is multivitamin Tablets contain the whole list of vitamins and minerals. These tablets are beneficial and not associated with side effects but of course you shouldn't take more than one tablet a day because sometimes vitamin C toxicity can happen in large doses.
