Could be a number of things. Stressing about it will make it worse. YOu really should see a doctor in case it's something very serious. Better to be safe than sorry & since you're having them so frequently, it's just a good idea. Some things that MIGHT be causing the headaches: * need glasses (need eye exam) * migraines * stress * wisdom teeth * lighting (fluorescent lights anytime or bad light when reading) * computer eye strain (too often &/or screen glare) * sinuses/allergy (you can develope allergies even if you've not had them before) * something serious going on inside your head (see dr.) * caffeine or lack of (if you have caffeine & get hooked, then stop, you will get horrid headaches for about 5 days) * other

My guess would be stressed. And the mad thing is you mightened even think you're stressed! But when you've got things that are bothering you, like money or your partner, you kinda stress your self subconsciously.
Food intolerances are a big thing as well. Maybe you're intolerant to chocolate, caffeine or cheese. These are causes of headaches in some people. You should see a kinesiologist who'll tell you what your food allergies are, and when you lessen the amounts of the food you're allergic to, you'll feel a major difference in the headaches!

If your on a computer all day, it could be that?
I had that in my old job, but I thought my eyesight was fine. Turned out constant PDQ work and mucked them up a bit, got really weak glasses for work, and bam - headaches gone!
I knew it wasn't dehydration as I drink a hell of a lot of water, so could be that??

It could be dehydration or stress or a number of things. The best thing would be to go and see your doctor to be on the safe side. Also you should get your eyes tested to be sure as this can cause headaches from straining your eyes too much!! Good luck

Make sure you are drinking 8 glasses of water a day, reduce your caffeine intake. I get loads & find Meditation & homeopathic stuff helps as i don't like taking painkillers. Does take a while for the body to get used to the homeopathic stuff & it to start working. Also look into EFT (the tapping thing) as this is supposed to help.

You may need to get a CAT scan to figure out what's going on. If there's no stress in your life and your eyes are fine, it could be something more serious. Please get it checked out because my mom had health concerns that she never saw a dr. for and well, she's gone now. I'm not trying to scare you, but people really need to take better care of themselves by going to a doc when things are bothering them that aren't normal everyday aches and pains. Good luck!

you have to eat three meals a day & drink a lot of fluids
if this does not work then see a Dr. , it could be allergies
or an ear infection & if that's the case they should be treated quickly
hope it's nothing serious & take care

try a drug called Ibroprofin. i used to get headaches a lot and it does wonders. makes you tired though, so i suggest taking a couple of them, put on some relaxing music, like, say, Pachenbells cannon or a Chopin nocturn and go to bed.

It might be caffeine. Like you, I eat properly, have my eyes tested and don't drink too much but had splitting headaches.
I've given up caffeine and they've gone. Might be worth a try.
