The man I've been sleeping with had a vasectomy several years ago, He has been childless for 15 years. I've been treated for a urinary tract infection and at the same time took a pregnancy test, the result was negative but I still feel nauseous, my body temp has gone up and I still go to toilet frequently, I'm constantly tired. It's impossible, I can't be pregnant. Most of the time I just think I'm being dumb because he's sterile but what if? Could you want a baby so bad that miracles happens?

How would anyone here possibly know if you were pregnant? lol Go and have another pregnancy test already since you do not believe the results of the first test. If you are feeling sick, then go see your doctor! Geez! Are any of us doctors on here? Can we exam and test you? What good does it do you to ask a bunch of non professional strangers and get 20 different answers which are only guesses?

My husband was fixed and active sexually for 9 years before he met and impregnated me. Our son is 21 years old now.
Why in the world would you want to have a baby so bad with a man who won't marry you? Or whom you won't marry?
See, it works like this. You find someone who is your mate. You like each other. You get real attached. You decide you want to make a life together and MAYBE even have a child with.
This not about your clock ticking so you will have a baby with just any old body--this man is going to be in your life FOREVER--married or not-divorced or not--a child and his grandparents, weddings, funeral and graduations go on forever. You will have this man in your life forever==why not marry him?
If he and you are good enough to make a human being out of-- then isn't he worthy of marriage and commitment? for a healthy and stable baby?
If you have a baby with just someone you are sleeping with--then he is going to be making decisions about you and your baby FOREVER! You will be looking at his child FOREVER Your grands will look like him.
If you are so selfish to not give that child a daddy-you are saying men are not important in a child's life-that a neighbor or your uncle can do the trick. IT is NOT true. Children need a stable 2 -3-4-5 member family in this society.
I know there is a lot of noise about single moms making it just fine--but do they ask the kids if they want a daddy? It is HARD work by yourself, and you never have enough money or time, and your kids suffer.
You think he might be childless because he WANTS it that way?Don't try to trick, surprise, trap or otherwise monkey with this man-- You will find yourself VERY alone with a pissed sperm donor by the tail.
There is such a thing as a "hysterical pregnancy," where your body gets ready-like you get sick, your cervix starts changing, you gain weight--NO baby.
No miracles don't happen--they are unexplained phenomenon.
Go to the DOCTOR-- It sounds to me like you have another UTI.

The failure rate of a vasectomy is less than 1% and typically when the method fails it does so within 18 months of the origional vasectomy. Sorry, but there is virtually no chance you are or will become pregnant by this man without a vasectomy reversal.

Well I for one hope you get your miracle. Go see another doctor just to be sure it's not a tumor which has same symptoms of pregnancy.

Your mind can play tricks on you when you want something so bad! I KNOW I thought I was a couple of times and at that time my tubes was cut tied and burned so here was NO way. BEST WISHES

well if you get a blood test then you know for sure so go to am Doctor you know you might have another disease that you don't know about because usually your body temp doesn't go up.

Its probably jsut a fever from the infection. Its highly unlikely that you're pregnant.

there is such a thing as uuhhggg... i forgot the name of it.. but mentally you can want a baby so bad that you can physically start having symptoms, example: swollen tummy, lactaiting breasts, absence of period, temperature, and nausea... go see a doc.

if i were you id get a second opinion...get a pregnancy test at the lab those are more accurate.....
