My monthly data usage is 400MB. My data get used faster when I used webcam or voice service and surfing. I want to know how can I save my monthly usage and can use maximum usages. Is there any software avilable that can save MB during download and upload.

i advice that u cut off bsnl because i m using the same

The only thing you can do to save on data transfer is to use compression. However, webcam (video) and voice services will use a lot of data.
Your best bet would be to move to a broadband plan that doesn't have a limit. 400MB is a pretty small amount of data for a month.
