actually, if no feelings are involved, the person is not a friend

we have feelings for our friends

if you are asking if it is possible that friends of the opposite sex will have zero physical attraction to the other, it may be possible but it is very very rare (most men feel some attraction to anything vaguely female)

HOWEVER, many many people have enjoyed a great platonic (non-sexual) friendship with a person of the opposite sex by not acting on the periodic attraction

you can't choose how you feel but you can choose how you act and what you do

it does depend on the type of feeling you are talking about . it quite possible to be friends with the opposite sex and fight the urge to have strong feelings for that person but really and truly it`s not at all possible to not have feelings towards each other unless you`re both attracted to the same sex. why do you think most best friends end up being with each other caus believe it or not they sometimes know a whole lot more about each other than anyone else does about them as well as they are extremely comfortable with relating anything to each other, this makes for trust and confidence in each other and the more you trust someone you inevitably want to share all your thoughts and feelings with them. on the other hand you can be friends and not become involved out of respect for the other person be it because of the fact that they may already be involved but take it from there will always some kind of feeling between the both of you it is up to you to control them and make good of whatever blessings god throws your way. good luck.

No, no, and no! I was best friends with this guy, and he ended up having feelings for me, I don't feel the same, so our friendship is crap now. And now I have another guy friend who I have feelings for, and I don't think he looks at me like that, so now our friendship is also going to crap. Unless there is NO physical attraction on either side, it cannot work. Think about it, if you're good friends with someone of the opposite sex and there is even a slight attraction, eventually it will develop into stronger feelings.

Hardly but yes. If it's not the girl pushing -up her self then it's the boy feeling these sometimes-false emotions. Don't try it it's either or

Yes, I haven't had feelings for my female friends (except one). I guess it probably depends on the closeness of the friendship.

Yes, you can be friends without having any feelings for each other but that does not mean that you will not sleep with each other at least once.

Sure. But be sure there are no feelings AT THE OUTSET.

Oh. You'll probably get feelings later on. Good communications do that.

Yes, but if one of them change his/her feeling, He or She must be honest and don't try to change the relationship if the other person doesn't want it! It's an horrible situation!!
