Well depends on what african outfits you want...If you just want outfits that will be good for the african climate then a normal blouse will do perfectly fine...

If you live in Los Angeles, CA, Downtown LA's fashion district should have plenty of things to choose from. That is where my friends and I use to shop for things for our parties and such. They tend to have whatever you need down there.
