Can you be in love with an idea that you don't know 100%? Can you love someone you don't fully know? That's a tough one--I think when you say 'in love' you're referring to infatuation. I feel that this kind of love, or infatuate love, is at it strongest when the people involved know the least about each other. So in a way, yes, you can be in love with a girl you don't know 100%. But (and this is a big but), is it really love--something that will last forever? Probably not, according to the divorce rates we see. I think we can really dig a woman or man in an instant, but we need the time to get to know this person.

I don't believe that you trully ever know someone. But sure you could be in love. Just be careful, because you could be in love with the things that you think you know about the person. Once you get to know them more, you may not love them the way you thought you did! Love can be a wonderful thing or disasterous and I hope it works out well for you.

You can be in love even with your imaginary girl, it's all about hormones... And you never can know somebody 100% - even if you spend lifetime with them...

You can definately be in strong 'like', but love requires a better understanding of who someone is.
