Everytime one enters mark it as junk mail. It should then take you to a place and should show the address of the blocked mail. Realise these companies have millions of mail boxes for advertising and this will be an every day or every week activity. All companies need to do is change the sending address, and it passes to you again.

Install a popup blocker onto your toolbar, Yahoo do one for free, and for junk mail, if you have yahoo, spam every piece that comes through, and you will never receive a piece of mail from that source.

Get the Yahoo! toolbar. I can't have it at work, but I have it at home and really like it. Also, if you use your Yahoo! for your main email account, it filters out all that crap, which you can scan and empty all at once.

I only get email in my inbox if I have that person's email address in my address book; everything else goes in the Bulk Mail. So far, so good!

Also, you can get a free copy of Spybot that will purge out adware. I think it's spybot.com.

Good Luck.
