How about being born that way? No one makes another become homosexual nor does anything else "cause" this to happen. You either are born that way, or you are not.

At this point, there no absolute certainty as to the reason for sexual preference. However, more and more research is indicating that one's genes play at least a part in the matter (and, in the interest of full disclosure, I must admit that's my theory also, that it's a mixture of nature and nurture). I very much doubt that it'll be discovered one day that there is one and only one "cause" of homosexuality. Rather, I think it can be the result of a combination of causes.
However, whether the "causes" are genetic or environmental, I'd say that it's not a matter of the individual's choice (any more than a heterosexual orientation is.)

I have thought about it, studied it, discussed it, and again, thought about it. I have come to the conclusion that there is absolutely no question about it. Homosexuality is a genetic imbalance. Many believe that it is a choice. I believe that some individuals practice homosexual habits as a result of sexual depravity but this is not true homosexuality. Society needs to face the facts. Some people are are mentally, socially, physically, and sexually attracted to members of their own sex and not to members of the opposite sex. They always have been and they always will be and to discriminate against them or to make fun of them is simply wrong. If you believe that it is a matter of choice you are ignorant. I am a 44 yr. old heterosexual male. I am very attracted to women . When I see and meet an attractive woman there is no feeling like it in the world. I think to myself how can any one be gay. That's when a little bit of common sense kicks in and helps me to realize that people do no not CHOOSE to be homosexual. They are born that way. For those who still insist on remaining dense regarding this subject, look at like this; we know that genetic defects occur. Why not in the area of sexuality?

Homosexuality is not an abnormality which has stemmed from some problem or a bad situation? This is about natually being attracted to the same sex in all intimate ways. Gays fall in love as well as have physical and emotional attraction. I was BORN GAY. I was raised by heterosexual parents ( a nurse and a cop who is now a minister). Most people are born gay, but there are some who choose it for various reasons (tired of abusive heterosexual partners, trend, grew apart from heterosexuality, gay experience was better than heterosexual life...) I personally was born gay. There are ignorant people whose brains cannot fathom that, but that's their problem that they're stupid.

Why ought to my relatives, deep keen about activities and married without divorce (except me, yet he replaced right into an adolescent and already knew he replaced into gay) reason my toddler who's likewise a jock to be gay. My oldest son is the common muscle certain jock who loves women and women love him. My youngest, a lady is the common girly female who lives targets and hopes for that proper boy. Now my center guy, his friends are all male actually, he's likewise a jock and ought to't even come out for the phobia of the reprecussions. All 3 were round me maximum , yet both boys hunt, fish and draw close out with their dad in that ingredient. Oh, I also fish a lot. I also am the perfect activities fan and previous athlete. My father is a former UW Madison Basketball participant and now a coach, my mom is a marathon runner. My actually brother performed basketball all via college. My uncle replaced into the UWGB football coach.... So, what i'm retaining is there is not any way that my 17 year previous son chosen this via situation. each and every thing factors in the jock class. He hates the international, hates that human beings do not settle if you happen to're gay or maybe has a high-quality dislike for human beings that're gay and stay the stereotype. there is not any way this toddler chosen this. That being suggested, this toddler, my son, is my hero for what he comes up adversarial to. BTW he's prevalent on account that he replaced into 9 he suggested and is in basketball, music and football via decision. Being gay isn't his decision yet his orientation. Edit: including even as his dad and that i have been given divorced, our split up ended up with the boys with him and my daughter with me even as he replaced into 13....i will say he's terrified to inform his father and older brother. He now hangs out with me more effective, yet he did not tell me until eventually he replaced into 16...he's 17 now. i do not trust he's the exception, yet more effective evidence that you won't be able to slate human beings into certain diverse varieties like this.

I don't think anything CAUSES it. It's just as natural as being straight.

I was born liking men. Even before I knew what it meant, I liked looking at guys.

I believe it is genetics seen a few shows on it linking genes withing family lines. Bi-sexuality is the one I don't understand unless society pushes them to try to be the normal. :-)
