Vic Morrow in Twighlight Zone-The Movie. He actually met his demise right on the movie set, during filming. Something went wrong in a Helicoptor scene and the chopper crashed into the water and killed Vic. I believe there were 2 children in that scene that got killed or wounded, can't remember.

The Shootist - John Wayne, main character, died at the end in a shoot-out (he was dying already from cancer)
The Cowboys - John Wayne, he dies in it, too, but not sure why, haven't seen it in years and years.
