you need to press the left ALT butten and the 0 on the right part your keyboard that is like a magic square
OR
you need to press the left ALT butten and the + button right next to the 0 and the the 0 on the right part your keyboard that is like a magic square

it means holding down both the Alt key (next to the space bar) and the number zero key on the number pad to the right (not the zero key that's above the letters O and P....
