50925.78 KB is only 50 MB
ie 0.05 GB or 0.04857 GB to be exact

Most people answering this question is WRONG. The mere exception, perhaps is Richard W and lolcuz212

50925.78 KB = 0.05092578 GB = 0.048566608428955078125 GiB

There used to be much confusion on how the prefix Giga- should be interpreted while used with Byte and bit. Some people argues that since computers works in base 2, 1024 (= 2^10 = 10000000000 in base 2) is much easier for computer to calculate. And so, some manufacturer uses 1 GB = 1024 MB, most storage device (like harddisk, flashdisk, etc) manufacturer however don't follow this standard to make their capacity seems to be a bit larger (and this is also follows the tradition of punch cards and tapes, an obsolete way of storing data).

However, this causes ambiguity as a the prefix T- (Terra-), G- (Giga-), M- (Mega-), K- (Kilo-), etc is defined by SI (Système International d'Unités) as a multiplication for 10^12, 10^9, 10^6, and 10^3 respectively.

So, in January 1999, the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) introduced the binary prefixes, which are Ti- (Tebi-, Terrabinary), Gi- (Gibi-, Gigabinary), Mi- (Mebi- Megabinary), Ki- (Kibi-, Kilobinary), and so on which means 2^40, 2^30, 2^20, and 2^10 respectively. This standard is then followed by several other organizations, some of the most notable ones includes: Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and European Union (EU).

To be noted though, Windows XP (and perhaps Macs and Linux) uses the old definition that 1 GB = 1024 MB and doesn't recognize the binary prefix.

To date, most people still uses 1 GB = 1024 MB, the new standard haven't been widely accepted, except strangely enough, among p2p users (Most Bittorrent tracker uses the prefix Ti-, Gi-, etc to denote their traffic). So, my recommendation is: assume that that 1 GB = 1024 MB, unless specifically noted otherwise or there are clues that notes that the problem knows about the new standard and is obeying it (like he uses at least one binary prefix)

Usage Note: (when there is no indication whether it uses a binary or decimal prefix)
- Harddisk: Mostly 1 GB = 1000 MB
- Flashdisk: Some already uses 1 GB = 1024 MB, although there are still some that uses 1 GB = 1000 MB
- Floppy: most confusing, 1 MB = 1 * 1000 KB = 1 * 1000 * 1024 bytes.
- CD: 1 GB = 1024 MB, DVD: 1 GB = 1000 MB
- Bus Bandwidth (used in RAM and the likes of data transfer): 1 GB = 1000 MB

It depends on whether you go by the accepted computer standard of 1024 bytes per KB. OR some (cheating) manufacturers that try to claim 1000KB is a MB (it makes their hard drives appear bigger than the competition (even though they are the same size).
But you have about 1/20th of a GB.

8 bit = a million Byte 1024 Byte = a million KB(Kilo Byte) 1024 KB = a million MB(Mega Byte) 1024 MB = a million GB(Giga Byte) 1024 GB = a million TB(Tera Byte) If we divided the full KB (9571737) with the help of 1024 we can get MB (9347.39941) then we divide it lower back by1024 to get GB and the respond would be 9.12831974 it skill its 9.128 GB

1 GB = 1024 MB
1 MB = 1024 KB
So
50925.78 KB = 49.73 MB
49.73 MB = 0.048 GB
