which disney bad guy or bad girl is the scariest? or the most evil?

In terms of death destruction goes I think the most evil is Shan-Yu from Mulan because he killed all those people in their villages and wiped out the whole army. Not too many other villians in Disney movies actually killed people. The evil queen in Snow White tried to have her killed, that's pretty evil, but the scariest in terms of just ugly and scary I think is definitely Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty.

the entire story of Pinocchio scares the hell out of me. what's up with bad kids turning into donkeys on some jacked up island. the whole story is creepy...
