Balance - means your legs or your stance
Eyes
Elbow
Follow through
dont just practice, do perfect practice, it will surely improve your shooting
muscle memory man!!!

also (adding to the sportsfsan's answer) have a small area targetted while your are shooting, have an aim.

repatition, and good form! trust me it will help i used to have trouble shooting but now i'm one of the best shooters on my team!

No sorry, there's no "link" for this - just practice, Practice, PRACTICE!!!!!! (Of course, good "mechanics" and form never hurt, either!)
