Gandalf a Maiar spirit, with the ring of fire, plus oh about 3500 or more years of experience against Sauron and i believe Melkor/Morgoth before that (whom are much stronger than Voldemort) versus Potter with 14 or so years of age, some genetic talent, very little training, and a wand (Gandalf has a staff..but really does not need it as we see with Saruman and has an Elven sword forged in Gondolin)
OF COURSE Gandalf wins.

nicely, if Harry used the Summoning charm (Accio Gandalf's artwork stress) i think of Harry could win palms down. Gandalf wasn't able to do plenty against Saruman whilst Saruman took possession of Gandalf's artwork stress. Then Harry might desire to do a Petrificus Totalus to immoblize Gandalf and without his artwork stress, i'm uncertain what Gandalf might desire to do to guard himself.

Gandalf ! on basis of his sheer charisma,his aura, his magic & his friends.Harry's still learning the ropes of being a sorcerer, while Gandalf is a master sorcerer.
