If you are actively trying you could easily have a baby in a year, but as far as a boy, there is no real way to gaurentee, some people will suggest different sexual positions, but the sperm is responsible for which sex is created since perm carry both an x and a y chromosome. Whichever it passes to the egg will determine which sex child you will have.

the only way of trying to have a boy is to have sex on the day of ovulation, and that is no guarentee (spelling?) i read that boy sperm live shorter than girl sperm , thats why you have it on the day of ovulation, and boys swim faster also. girls live longer ,and swim slower.try having sex doggie style on the day of ovulation so it gets in there deep.
