Hard to know for sure because I haven't been every place that could be a candidate. I'd be going for the cold weather but still has seasons, at least spring, fall, and winter. But some place that has a nice, harsh winter with lots of snow. Perhaps New England but away from the coast unless it's Maine.
Would consider Canada and places in UK.
