you can downland it now if you like. It is at RC1 - release candidate 1 which is better than beta, but not quite 100% perfect.

Anyway, it's pretty decent as it is, and you will be notified that a new version is ready once M$ gets it all together.
The actual, final, official release probably won;t be for a couple more months.

Microsoft relese the beta version . But complete IE7 will release on next year with new Window Vista.
If you are running pirated version then do not go to microsoft's site because they will crash your hole system.
You can also download new Window Vista Beta version for free from microsoft's site.

Final release usually comes within a month or two of final beta release candidate.
