Absolutely Vancouver, BC.
I think it is much more beautiful than Seattle ... the mountains right there, as well as all the waterways .... the mountains are further from Seattle ...
Vancouver just seems cleaner and fresher and all to me.
I love it here.

Seattle, the fact Vancouver does not have a highway through the town makes the taffice horrible. Good luck when the olympics come

Last summer I drove from San Fran to Vancouver. I have a friend in both Seattle and Vancouver and they both keep asking me your very question. My only honest answer: Neither, because it's Portland Oregon that rocks my world. I live in Toronto (yuck, I know...) and if I had the chance I'd move to Portland in a second.

Vancover BC weed is more legal there or at least tolerated in the usa.
