You can use a hardware keylogger such as http://www.thinkgeek.com/gadgets/security/5a05/
they also have a usb version.

As for keylogging software, alot of these are probably going to be flagged as trojans or spyware by antivirus software, I don't have any recommendations on that front.

Do a google for Keykatcher. It works great and is hardware so software programs can't detect it.
