Tough list to seperate! Bush is supposed to have the countries top advisors around him, so guess if he is worse, then those around him are to blame too. Think I would have to say it's a tie between Michael Jackson and Tom Cruise, and interestingly enought religion is their problem and down fall, just like Bush!
