NTFS supprts the following(FAT32 doesnt)
1. compression
2. encryption
3. file access rights
4. file ownership
5. Larger partition sizes than FAT32
6. long file names than FAT32
7. Lesser probabiliy of file system errors and crashing since NTFS uses a Journal for all the modifications dusing modification time.

you can do a lot but the most thing u can do is put security level for ur files in NTFS

The answer is

a) compress a file (without external utilites like winzip)

also, password-protecting and encrypting files

and I don't believe your test is open-book :)
