i have my nose peirced and i need to take it out, its the kind with the ball on the end. ive tryed pulling it but i cant get it out is there an easy way or do i just have to pull harder?

Maaan..... i feel bad for you. i had the same problem. Your hole has shrunk to fit the ring so the ball isn't coming out or it's going to hurt coming out. you need to flip your nose inside out and clip off the ball with nail clippers or something. good luck

take a deep breath and calm down. try screwing the ball off - usually nose rings have screw-on backers so they don't fall out. if it's not a screw, pull gently but firmly. try to stay calm, you'll just work yourself into a panic and not be able to get it off otherwise!
