Maybe you should write the question better to avoid confusion and so many different answers, Here is my guess at what you are trying to say.
Half of 6 is 3, 3 divided by three is 1.
or
Half of 6 is 3, 3 multiplied by three is 9.

That question reads: "Divide 6 by 2. Then multiply it by 3". Half means to divide by 2. So, half of six is three. Then you multiply it by three, and you get nine.
On the other hand, it could mean: "What is half of (six multiplied by three)?" In that case, the answer would be nine. Either way the answer is correct. It's important to understand which question you were supposed to be answering. I couldn't tell from the way you typed it.
If you're having trouble with this, I would advise you to see your teacher, and explain that you haven't quite understood. They should want to help you.

No. It is 0.75
1 - Half of 6 = 3.
2,- Half of 3 = 1.1/2
3 - Half of 1 1/2 = 0.75
1/2 +1/4 = 3/4 or 0.75
