Can you make an otter by doing Bonzai on a seal from an early age?

i think the best results would be achieved by teaching a nasty vicious cat to swim, perhaps work out some way to shorten his legs a bit, i'm sure you will have tremendous fun in the world of pet modification!! the possibilities are endless

Depends.....

The alignment of the planets is a factor, as well as the relative broadcasting capacity of the Home Shopping Network, the availablity of gummi bears in Bali, and whether or not you can persuade Star Jones to do a Tarot reading for James Caan.

Not likely, but certainly doable.

otter... seal... different types of the sort of same species.

doesnt matter how small you made the otter. it'd still be an otter, smaller, but an otter nonetheless.
