I work with this guy that I though was really cool,I have known him for about a year in a half.We share our problems and go outside to smoke on our break,the thing is he told me that he has a crush on me and he's married.I never looked at him like that,and I never will,I'm soon to be married,and now I feel uncomfortable around him.He's on vacation and came to the job last night to see me,I asked him what did he want and he said he be at home having sexual visions about me while being with his wife,how do I handle this situation?I tried putting him in his place and he started crying.Saying him and his wife has been having problems 4 about 3 yrs and he's been looking for someone like me all his life.If I tell my fiancee he's going 2 want to fight my co-worker and I don't want to tell his wife and add fuel to the fire.Please any ideas.

It's not your responsibility to help this guy out with his problems. Even if he and his wife are having issues, he is still married! You were right to put him in his place. If it's too difficult for him to be around you, stop being around him. It sounds tough to do, when you are obviously good friends, but you don't want to give him the wrong idea.

He is an idiot. he is probably lying, and if he isnt hes scary.
I am 60 male and have been around, and no MAN does that to a girl he is interested in,, so hes a dweeb or a liar, dont cry, look him right in the eye and tell him to get lost! NOW
report the incident to your guy and your boss.
When Baby has this happen , she tells them and if they dont listen, then I get to talk to them, I have a way with these creeps, its called pain.

this is called sexual harassment on the job. tell your boss about this and how uncomfortable he makes u. either that or u find another job. but u need 2 get away from this situation. he cried? christ what a puss. call his wife, tell her...no more pprob. from that wimpy jerk.

maybe you could try to talk to your boss. he may seem harmless but it could turn out bad for you. like he could end up raping you stalking you stuff like that if that doesnt work you might have to talk with his wife or your soon to be husband you dont want him to interfer with your marage and i know you dont want to hurt his wifes feeling s but id sure like to know if my husband was doing that

Tell him if he doesn't accept how you feel about him you will have to tell his wife. If that doens't work go to your supervisor. I assure your empoyer will take care of him.
