Dont quite understand your question. To my understanding, to a man of say, 80 years old......his mind had certainly travelled through time for 80 years! That shows there's no sense in your question at all....unless you mean "Is the human mind equipped to travel to a future time zone?" If that's what you mean.....then the answer is certainly is big "NO" for now!

When we access the past, we are basically browsing our memories stored in the brain and not travelling through time. As humans we are equipped to deal with three dimensions and time is the fourth so biologically we are not "equipped" to travel through time because we cannot comprehend anything over three dimensions
