Ok as a mother of twins I have some advice whether you use it or not... During the night when you have to get up with them if the other is asleep wake them up for feeding and changing that way it will put them on a schedule and help you get more rest... You will be exhausted but all worth it in the long run... It might be a little overwhelming but you can handle it...

Well if you're the mother, it'll probably be painful. Get an epidural, they are brilliant. If you're the Dad, you'll be having a heart attack while the birth is going on. But its all worth it. Try and have as much ready for them before they are born. Some people say its unlucky to buy clothes, buggys, etc., before the event but I think a little preparation saves a lot of hardship. Best of luck.

I am a twin. My Mum got lots of help with us, it was hard work. The thing about the schedule is good advice babies need structure once they get to a couple of months old. If you have a routine and stick to it like glue you will have much more time and more content babies. Make the most of multi buys at supermarket. If you are the dad be organised and supportive and clean up after yourself and others or it will turn to chaos. We wanted to be individuals once we got to about 7 years old, allow independence if twins want it. Good luck

Speak to your midwife, and other people with twins. There are organisations for thosse who have twins (or more)!
As a sister of twins, I would say twice the work, twice the fun, double the love, enjoy!

Good luck chap. Your life will never be the same, in fact, it will take you into a different zone altogether. Cherish every moment and help your girlfriend/wife out as much as you can. It's going to be tough and don't be afraid to ask your family for support.
