i have a cellphone number but ofcourse the girl wont say who she is and i dont want to comfront my husband yet. not cuz i'm afraid of him or anything i just want good proof to throw at his face. is there any chance that there is a way i can get a name to this cell phone? i already tried reverse look up but i have to pay. is there any other way? or atleast a good site that is legit? thank you

Our cell phone bill has every call listed on it. How often does he call this number? If he calls her frequently, then he's probably cheating.
Have a third party call the number and say, "This number appears on my cell phone bill. I'm trying to figure out if I really called it. Could you tell me who it belongs to?" It should probably be a man since you've already called her.
You could put a key logger on the computer and trap his email password. Then, you can read all his emails. http://www.kmint21.com/familykeylogger. You'll need to pay for it to enable "stealth" mode.
www.ussearch.com will check a cell phone number for you and will not charge if they don't find it.

you can have a person call her for you. all they have to is act like they are calling same body else. for example: have a older person act like an elderly lady. keep telling them to keep calling her of and on during the week about 1-3 tell them to ask for Rachel and when they do, she will tell them there is no rachel there. then tell them to call later on or the next day crying asking for rachel then tell them to babble why they are crying, then once she open up , ask your elderly friend to ask what is her name?
or depending on where she live, you can call and act like a terminator service for bugs, you can get her information that way. or act like her cell telephone carrier, call and offer her a new promotional service or a phone and if she got it already then ask her for her name to add to the next promotional program with in her carrier.
this may sound a bit much but professionals get information this way alot, it free no programs or websites are needed a whole bunch of money this is the old fashion way.

www.anywho.com but i dont think it will work for a cell phone. Just call the number and be like, this phone number came up on our bills and you didnt recognize it, and then ask who she is. Most times people will just tell you without thinking twice.

Record your husband's voice and use it in a conversation with this girl. See where the conversation goes. If it becomes sexual, then you know that he's cheating on you. I doubt it would work, but it's worth a shot... ^_^

just because you have a cellphone number, doesn't mean he is cheating on you!! you obviously dont trust him, so your marriage isn't going to last long anyway.... if i were you and had my surspesions, i'd confront your husband about it....
